3. Orders
- Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent transactions.
4. Payment
- All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
- Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways such as Razorpay.
- We do not store your credit/debit card or banking details on our servers.
5. Exchange Policy
- We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
- Exchanges are allowed only in case of:
- Size issues
- Manufacturing defect
- Wrong item delivered
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Shipping costs for returning the product will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
- Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partners.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural calamities, or unforeseen events.
