Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across India. Orders from other countries may not be accepted at checkout or may incur additional international shipping fees (please contact us in such cases).

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & holidays).

Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. You will receive a confirmation email (or SMS) once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

* Delivery times begin after dispatch (i.e. after processing). Delays may occur during festivals, peak seasons, or unforeseen events (e.g. weather, strikes).

4. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is free for orders over ₹4,999.

For orders below that amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹999 applies. In some remote locations, additional surcharges may apply — these will be notified during checkout before you confirm the order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you:

  • A tracking number
  • The courier name
  • A link to track your shipment

You can use this information to check the status of your delivery in real time.

6. Failed Delivery / Missed Delivery

If the courier attempts delivery and nobody is available to receive, they may leave a notice or attempt a second delivery. If the delivery fails repeatedly or is returned to us, we will contact you to re-ship (at your cost).

7. Change of Address / Corrections

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. If you realize there is an error before dispatch, contact us immediately via email to correct it. Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible — but we’ll try to assist with courier if feasible (additional charges may apply).

8. International Orders (if applicable)

International shipping may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country — these are your responsibility. Delivery times for international orders may take 2–4 weeks depending on customs and courier.

9. Delays & Force Majeure

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.). In such cases, we will notify you and do our best to expedite the delivery.
