1. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once an order has been placed and delivered.
2. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only in the following cases:
- Size issues
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong item delivered
- Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
Products purchased during sale/clearance or with promotional discounts are not eligible for exchange.
4. Processing Exchanges
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of the exchange. If approved, the replacement item will be shipped within 5–7 business days.
